Strategic Information Management Services was founded in 1997 to help
libraries and other information intensive organizations with their technology
needs.
Strategic Information Management Services principal is Richard
Wayne. Mr. Wayne has more than twenty years of professional experience in information
technology. He also holds an MBA, with honors, from The University of Texas at
Arlington. Since 1992, Mr. Wayne has focused on library technology.
