A strategic planning workshop was held for the University of Texas at Arlington
Library Information Services Division on Tuesday, July 10th and Thursday, July
12th, 2007. It was held at the Fort Worth Sante Fe campus. These pages provide
significant detail about every part of the two day workshop. In the
introduction, the agenda and goals are discussed. In the stretching section, we
try to peek into the future. In the visioning section, we try to develop a draft
vision statement. In goal development, we supplement the current library
strategic plan as well as develop goals for the future. Finally, in the wrap up
section, we conduct an evaluation and the Consultant provides a summary.
